STAN AND KATHY ROHLWING: OWNERS/OPERATORS We moved from Illinois in 2000 where we owned and operated a 24 stall boarding facility on 50 acres just outside Chicago. With over 40 years in the horse industry, Kathy trains in Dressage and has shown Western Pleasure, Showmanship, Hunt Seat and Eventing. She participated in 4-H and Pony Club as a youth. Stan enjoys driving his horse, Zeke. Both practice Natural Horsemanship techniques.

The facility was built in 2004 from the ground up. Placement of the horse barn and pastures was the first priority. It is located on a gated 12.5 acre parcel studded with large grand-daddy oaks to provide shade and comfort to the horses year around. New no-climb wire and board fencing surrounds the property for peace of mind and your horses safety.
We are a small, private barn which enables us to provide extra care and attention to your horse. We gladly put on and remove fly masks in the summer, and on hot summer days, we rinse off your horse before placing them into their fan cooled stall for the night feeding. All this at no charge to you. There is an additional charge for blanketing.
We are not a large show or training facility. But for those individuals who want to continue to advance in their horsemanship knowledge and skills, we can provide you with a list of trainers, or you may bring your own.
